ABOUT ME

ADVOCATE

As the founder and CEO of Spark UK, I’ve dedicated the past five years to sparking conversations around youth mental health. What started as a small student-led idea has grown into one of the UK’s leading youth-led mental health charities, empowering thousands of young people through free resources, national campaigns, and school programmes. From launching creative initiatives like Sparkie & Friends and All Star Advent to collaborating with national charities and media platforms, my mission has always been to make mental health education accessible, relatable, and youth-driven — because real change begins when young people lead the conversation.

ENTREPRENUER

Entrepreneurship has always been at the heart of what I do. I founded my first digital agency at just 13, working with football clubs, comedians, and brands across the UK before turning my focus to purpose-driven projects. Today, I lead Spark UK and We Are Prysm — two organisations built around creativity, impact, and storytelling. From building social media strategies and campaigns that engage millions of young people to developing meaningful partnerships and initiatives, I’ve always believed that entrepreneurship isn’t just about business — it’s about creating something that matters.

SPEAKER

I’m passionate about using my voice to inspire change and start conversations that matter. From classrooms to conferences, I speak on topics including youth mental health, leadership, faith, and Gen Z culture — sharing honest insights drawn from my own journey as a young founder and advocate. My talks blend storytelling with strategy, empowering audiences to think differently, act boldly, and lead with authenticity. Whether it’s addressing students, business leaders, or faith communities, my goal is always the same: to spark something real.

PERSON

Beyond the titles and projects, I’m simply Conor — A 19-year old Business Student learning, growing, and trying to make a difference. My journey has been shaped by faith, creativity, and a deep desire to help others feel seen and supported. I’m open about the highs and lows of leadership, the balance between ambition and wellbeing, and the ongoing intersection of faith and identity. Through my writing on Diary of a Young Entrepreneur and my work beyond Spark, I share the real moments behind the mission — because I believe authenticity is where true connection begins.

“Thank you so much, Conor, for your advice, your honesty, and all your input.  That was a fantastic presentation.  As a MH practitioner, and a parent of teenagers, this has been invaluable”

Marie Gould, CEO of North Devon Voluntary Services

“Conor utilised the right amount of humour mixed with sensitivity, and you could not hear a pin drop in the room, as his articulation grabbed everyone's attention.”
